Role Overview – Affiliate Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Affiliate Manager to build and strategize Rabbit Care’s affiliate program from the ground up. This role is critical for developing a high-performing network of affiliates across both online and offline channels. The candidate will define the strategy, including the incentive structure for affiliates (e.g., CPL, CPA, or commission models), and ensure the program is attractive and competitive in the market.


The successful candidate will require a strong business development acumen to recruit and negotiate with affiliates (e.g., online publishers, influencers, and offline partners like car dealers and travel agents). A solid commercial understanding is essential to design and optimize affiliate incentives that align with Rabbit Care’s growth goals.


This is a high-impact role, requiring strategic planning, operational excellence, and a results-driven mindset to scale Rabbit Care’s affiliate efforts in Thailand and Vietnam.


Key Responsibilities :


Affiliate Program Setup and Strategy :

â€Ē Develop a comprehensive affiliate program strategy, including recruitment plans, campaign structures, and incentive schemes.

â€Ē Analyze and decide on optimal commercial models (e.g., CPL, CPA, or revenue share) based on product type and affiliate performance potential.

â€Ē Establish clear objectives and KPIs to measure the program’s success and guide its growth.


Affiliate Recruitment and Management :

â€Ē Identify and onboard high-value affiliates across online (e.g., bloggers, influencers, comparison sites) and offline (e.g., car dealers, travel agents) channels.

â€Ē Negotiate competitive and mutually beneficial terms to attract top-performing affiliates.

â€Ē Foster strong relationships with affiliates to maintain engagement, loyalty, and alignment with Rabbit Care’s goals.


Commercial Optimization :

â€Ē Design incentive structures that are attractive to affiliates while ensuring profitability for Rabbit Care.

â€Ē Conduct market analysis and benchmark competitor affiliate programs to ensure Rabbit Care remains competitive.

â€Ē Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate affiliate performance and implement improvements.


Platform and Campaign Management :

â€Ē Oversee the implementation of Rabbit Care’s affiliate tracking platform (e.g., Everflow) to ensure smooth integration with internal systems (CareOS, LGT).

â€Ē Design and manage affiliate campaigns across multiple product verticals (e.g., car insurance, health insurance, financial products).

â€Ē Create customized reporting to track performance metrics and recommend actionable insights.


Compliance and Risk Management :

â€Ē Monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with Rabbit Care’s policies and industry regulations.

â€Ē Proactively identify and address fraudulent activity or abuse within the affiliate network.


Qualifications :


Experience :

â€Ē 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnerships, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

â€Ē Proven success in designing and managing affiliate programs, including incentive structures and recruitment strategies.

â€Ē Experience in managing commercial negotiations with partners across online and offline channels.


Skills :

â€Ē Strategic Thinking: Ability to define and execute long-term affiliate program goals.

â€Ē Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of performance-based incentive structures (CPL, CPA, commission share) and their impact on profitability.

â€Ē Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking to optimize affiliate campaigns.

â€Ē Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English for presenting and negotiating with partners.

â€Ē Technical Skills: Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Everflow, HasOffers) and data analysis tools.
