Roles & Responsibilities :
- Support the development and execution of the Trade Marketing Plan, aligned with sales and marketing objectives, and assist in managing the Trade Marketing budget.
- Contribute to improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking, in alignment with annual marketing priorities.
- Assist in setting and managing the yearly promotional grid and collaborate with Retailers/partners to integrate promotional activities.
- Support the implementation of channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for each retailer/partner.
- Collaborate with marketing and retail sales teams to conceptualize and execute trade promotions and support impactful in-store campaigns.
- Assist in activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.
- Conduct regular visits to points of sale to ensure brand visibility and adherence to guidelines.
- Contribute to the review and analysis of promotional effectiveness and assist in developing strategies to improve future promotions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in trade marketing.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and sound decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort working with numerical data.
- Ability to adapt, influence, and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Experience in the retail business is preferred. Knowledge of the makeup and beauty industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
