Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop branding strategy, plan and budget allocation to meet the requirement and campaign objectives.
• Manage, execute and evaluate branding campaign and activities from end-to-end
• Research, identify, negotiate, and be creative to compose branding campaigns and activities including broadcast, influencers, brand representatives, content guidelines, offline activities to meet marketing goals.
• Ensure timely delivery of contents and campaign assets while maintaining brand consistency, authenticity and accuracy.
• Sensitive to all spending aspects such as effective budget estimation, accurate spending, material usages, performance and ROI.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance on achieving target and KPIs, analyze data to find key learning & opportunities for improvement, and report periodically on efficiency and ROIs.
• Cooperation with internal & external parties and authorities to build relationship, ensure smooth execution, distribute the outputs, and follow up to stimulate campaign performance and ROIs.
• Stay up-to-date with market trend to suggest fresh and relevant contents.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication arts, marketing, digital media or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in influencer marketing or branding. Live broadcasting and familiar in using influencer marketing tools are advantages.
• Experience in planning and cooperation to get the most effective results
• Have knowledge and resources of influencer and branding agencies. Direct influencer contact is a plus.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data, find success factors, and suggest for improvements.
• Be able to collaborate across functions, actively communicate with concerned parties, strive to complete cooperation tasks within a deadline, and build relationships with influencers and partners.
• Be creative and proactive
• Independent and capable of teamwork
• Willing to work on weekends, evenings, and travel from time to time.
• Good command of Thai and English. Chinese is an advantage.
