Your device location is stored only on your Device and only if you have given the Application permission to determine your location.

If you do not want the Company to collect the above-mentioned personal data, you can exercise your right to opt out of providing the information at any time by sending a written notification to the Company's Data Protection Officer at the contact details below. 5. Sensitive personal data

In offering or delivering products and/or services to you, the Company may need to collect, use, disclose and/or transfer abroad sensitive personal data, including personal data about religious beliefs, race, biometric data, disability data, health data, criminal records, as the case may be. 6. Personal information of minors, quasi-incompetent persons and incompetent persons

6.1 The Company has no intention to collect and process personal data of persons under the age of 20 without the consent of their guardians as required by law, and has no intention to collect and process personal data of quasi-incompetent persons and incompetent persons without the consent of their guardians or legal guardians. 12.1 Other users of the Products and/or Services: To support the use of the Products and/or Services and to allow other users to communicate, connect or interact with you, please note that the information you have made publicly available (such as your username and user photo) may be viewed by other users, and the information you have disclosed to other users by yourself through the chat room, sending messages, posting announcements or otherwise disclosing during the use of the Products and/or Services (such as sending your phone number to other users through the chat room) may be collected by other users. The disclosure of such information will be under your sole responsibility and is not subject to the Company's personal data protection.

12.2 Business partners (such as marketing partners or partners that conduct surveys or promote sales with the Company) in the event that you consent to the Company and/or the Company's business partners to contact you to inform you of offers, promotions, benefits related to the products or services of the Company's business partners that you are interested in, or in the event that you agree to participate in marketing activities, promotions, receive news and/or receive marketing media from the Company or from such relevant business partners.

13. Transfer or forwarding of data abroad

The Company may send or transfer Personal Data to be stored and/or processed as described in this Privacy Policy outside of Thailand, provided that the Company will ensure that your data is transferred to the destination country or destination entity has adequate privacy protection standards and policies and complies with applicable data protection laws.

In the event that you request to cancel receiving news or newsletters from the Company, the Company will delete your personal data as requested. However, the Company may keep your contact information (e.g. email) in a “no newsletter/phone list” to prevent future newsletters from being sent to you.

17.3 Right to request correction of personal data to be current You have the right to request the Company to make your personal data accurate, current, complete and not misleading.

17.4 Right to request erasure or destruction of personal data. You have the right to request that the Company erase or destroy your personal data or anonymize it. However, the Company may refuse your request if the Company has legitimate grounds to retain your personal data to comply with the law, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

17.5 Right to request or receive delivery or transfer of your personal data You have the right to request or receive delivery or transfer of your personal data in the event that the Company has made such personal data in a format that is generally readable or usable by automated tools or devices and can use or disclose personal data by automated means, including the right to request that the Company send or transfer your personal data to an external party or to receive your personal data that the Company has sent or transferred to an external party, unless the Company is unable to do so due to technical impossibility or the Company has grounds to refuse your request (e.g. performing duties in the public interest or performing duties under the law, or exercising the right to request or receive delivery or transfer of such personal data would infringe on the rights or freedoms of other persons).

17.6 Right to object to collection, use, disclosure of personal data You have the right to object to the collection, use, disclosure of your personal data where the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company or of another person or entity, or to perform duties in the public interest. The Company may reject your objection request if the Company has more important legitimate grounds or where the collection, use, or disclosure of the data is necessary to establish legal claims, comply with or exercise legal claims, or defend legal claims. You also have the right to object to the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or for scientific, historical, or statistical research purposes.

17.7 Right to request suspension of use of personal data You have the right to request the Company to suspend the use of your personal data in certain cases, such as when the Company is in the process of reviewing a request to exercise the right to correct personal data or a request to object to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data, or when you request the Company to suspend the use of personal data instead of deleting or destroying it, or when such personal data is no longer necessary but you need to request that your personal data be retained for the purpose of establishing legal claims, complying with or exercising legal claims, or defending legal claims.

17.8 Right to lodge a complaint You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission, the Personal Data Protection Commission Office or other government agency with legal authority if you believe that the Company has collected, used and/or disclosed your personal data in a manner that violates or does not comply with relevant laws.

If you wish to exercise your data subject rights as set out in this section, you may do so by submitting a request through the following channels:

  • Send an email to the Data Protection Officer identified in the “Contact Us” section of this Privacy Policy, with the subject line “ Exercise of Data Subject Rights ”, or

Before proceeding with your request to exercise your rights, the Company may need to request additional information from you to verify your identity, which may include [your first and last name, telephone number, email, the latest transaction date and/or the latest date you interacted with the Customer Services Center, and/or a power of attorney in the case of a juristic person or a person who has assigned another person to submit the request on your behalf].
