• Assessment and Alignment: Conduct thorough assessments of our cross-border direction and ensure alignment with company strategies and objectives.
• Project Management: Define clear project objectives, manage project progress, and achieve goals in a timely manner. This includes both BAU seller programs and new initiatives according to company direction, as well as the needs of sellers and buyers.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate coordination of tasks across various stakeholders, including business development, marketing, logistics, regional teams.
• Financial Management: Manage and track P&L of the cross-border portfolio and outline initiatives to allocate resources effectively.
• Strategic Initiatives: Formulate strategic initiatives to enhance the overall performance of cross-border operations, ensuring competitiveness and sustainable growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-business stakeholders to drive end-to-end implementation of strategic initiatives, fostering a collaborative and cohesive working environment.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare management presentations and reports, providing progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field. Preferred background in consulting or strategy.
• 4-5 years of progressive work experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably in project management or strategic roles.
• Demonstrated strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop presentations.
• Ability to apply analytical thinking towards solving complex business problems, drawing insights from data, and devising practical, data-driven solutions.
• Experience in working with data, including extracting insights, developing reporting templates, and utilizing data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Thai, with the ability to effectively coordinate processes and projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coordinate tasks across various stakeholders, manage project progress, and achieve goals in a timely manner, while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to effectively engage with senior and cross-functional stakeholders to drive consensus and alignment.
• Ability to view projects from a macro perspective while understanding the background, objectives, and details, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong work ethic.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality, taking responsibility for tasks and driving them to successful completion.
