Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with overall marketing and brand objectives
• Identify target audiences and tailor content to resonate with specific demographics
2. Content Planning and Development:
• Oversee the creation and planning of diverse and engaging content, including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts
• Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience
• Create content to engage users according to brand's objectives
3. Campaign Integration:
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to integrate content into overall campaigns and initiatives
• Ensure content supports key messages and marketing objectives
4. Content Calendar Management:
• Develop and manage an editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of content across platforms
• Coordinate content production schedules and deadlines
5. Collaboration with Creatives:
• Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing content strategy
• Provide creative direction and input on visual elements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience in content creation and management, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a creative team
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• In-depth understanding of content marketing principles and best practices
• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms
• Strong project management and organizational skills
