As an IoT Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of IoT (Internet of Things) products within our company. You will play a crucial role in defining the product strategy, gathering customer requirements, and driving the product development process from ideation to launch. You will collaborate with external vendors (manufactures/Software outsource teams) and internal cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product execution and market adoption. Responsibilities : Develop IoT Product Strategy : • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape. • Define the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization based on market insights. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align the product strategy with business objectives. Gather and Define Requirements : • Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand their IoT needs and pain points. • Translate customer requirements into clear product specifications and user stories. • Working with various device manufactures/software vendors and/or OEMs for HW and SW integration. Product /Software Development and Management : • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to release. • Create and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and project schedules. • Collaborate with various manufacture teams/software vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate on product /software features. Go-to-Market Strategy : • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies. • Support the creation of marketing collateral, including product documentation, sales presentations, and demos. • Assist with product launch activities, such as coordinating with cross-functional teams and organizing promoti Qualifications : • Bachelor's degree in programing, computer science, engineering, or a related field Proven experience (3 years) as a Product Manager, preferably in the IoT domain. • Strong understanding of IoT technologies, protocols, and platforms • Knowledge of cloud computing, wireless communication, and sensor technologies. • Proficiency in software development methodologies and tools • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. • Experience with database systems, APIs, and web services. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
