Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing websites to achieve measurable growth in organic traffic. This role focuses on driving a 15% increase in organic traffic for each of our key verticals, including Marketplace, Auto and Property, by developing and executing data-driven SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Keyword Research & Strategy
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential search terms for Auto, Property, and other verticals.
- Develop and implement targeted keyword strategies to align with business goals.
2. On-Page Optimization
- Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking for improved search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all web content.
3. Technical SEO
- Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance, such as crawl errors, indexing issues, and Core Web Vitals.
- Work with developers to implement schema markup, improve site speed, and enhance mobile usability.
4. Content Strategy
- Develop SEO-friendly content strategies tailored to each vertical to drive engagement and conversions.
- Work with the content team to create high-quality, relevant, and keyword-optimized articles, blogs, and landing pages.
5. Link Building & Outreach
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and content marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks to maintain a healthy link profile.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and other key performance indicators.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.
7. Competitor Analysis
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
8. Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure alignment on SEO goals and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of increasing organic traffic.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, structured data, and website optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working with verticals such as Auto or Property is a plus.
